CB Radio Antenna Mounts
The strongest single-magnet mount you
can own! Our magnetic has a 4.9" (125mm) base.
The ceramic magnet uses a heavy steel cup to concentrate
the magnetic field, therefore increasing the holding
power of the assembly. To protect the vehicle finish,
an adhesive backed mylar disk is affixed to the bottom
of the magnet. Because of its trouble free history,
we selected our 18' (5.5m) Fire-Flex coaxial cable assembly
to be a part of this mount. The mount end of the coax
is terminated with our exclusive Fire-Ring connector.
The radio end is terminated with a molded PL-259 connector.
Our most popular magnetic mount. This mount will handle even the largest antennas like Monkey Made or Predator. Comes with 18FT of quality coax with a soldered PL-259. Overall this is one of the highest quality mounts we've seen. The mount accepts any antenna with a 3/8 24" thread pattern.
These mounts are our most popular stainless steel
mounts for flat surface applications. Applications are,
for the most part, limited only by your imagination.
Some popular applications include flat mirror arms,
rails, bars, or step bumpers. The bracket itself is
about 4" (102mm) long by 1" (25mm) wide. The
supplied stainless steel mounting bolt is a hefty 3/8"-24
x 1" long and includes a stainless steel nut and
washers. This mount may be used with antennas up to
4' (1.2m) long. The SS-124 mount is complete with our
K-4 antenna stud while the SS-124A includes the screw-on
style K-4A stud.

As you would expect, Firestik takes the Dome Mount
to the next level! Instead of a multi-part insert that
can develop high resistance, and not be accessible for
repair, our insert is now one solid piece. It is impossible
for it to have any developed internal resistance or
worse, opens. We also molded this piece using glass
reinforced nylon for durability and longevity. Both
models are made to mount in a standard 1/2" (13mm)
hole so you can use them on all common mounts (mirror
mounts, flat mounts, stake hole mounts, etc.) or by
itself as a stand alone mount. Each model includes a
rubber seal as well as an underside support washer.
These mounts have a 2" (51mm) diameter base, and
when installed with the rubber seal in place, stand
a little over 2" (52mm) tall. The major difference
in the two models is the method of connecting the coax
cable.

This stainless steel mount locks into any of the stake
hole pockets along the edge of a pick-up truck bed.
There is no need to drill any holes in the vehicle.
Since there isn't any angular adjustment, the bed rail
needs to be horizontal to prevent the antenna from leaning
inward or outward. The mount can be used on bed rails
with protective covers (such as those on the newer Ford
Super-Duty trucks). Because of the stud mount configuration
on this mount, it can only be used on trucks where there
is inside access to the stake hole pocket (from side
or bottom) for the coaxial cable to be routed to the
mount. In some cases, this might require that the coax
be routed through an opening that is too small for a
PL-259 connector to pass. In those cases, the PL-259
will need to be installed after the coax has been routed.
The mount will easily support heavy-duty antennas up
to 4 feet (1.2m) in length.
 |
Now you can install a CB or scanner antenna on the
bed rail of your pick-up without drilling holes in the
exterior of the vehicle. See
installation art. You get a quality stainless steel
mount and 18 ft (5.5m) of professional grade Fire-Flex
coaxial cable (with our exclusive Fire-Ring connector)
all in one package! And, if that isn't enough, you save
money by getting it all in a kit!
The mount in this mini-kit is exclusively available
from Firestik. We designed it just for you pick-up truck
owners. The mount goes nicely into one of the stake
holes found on the bed rail of full size pick-up trucks.
The stainless steel bracket drops in and is locked into
place with stainless steel hardware. There are no visible
mounting holes required. We've even included a gasket
to protect the finish on your truck.

These heavy-duty aluminum mirror mounts offer the
user an option between the plated steel and stainless
steel mirror mounts. Either may be used for single or
dual antenna installations. Both of our aluminum mirror
mounts include stainless steel hardware to compliment
the corrosion resistant characteristic of the aluminum.

These are the stainless steel versions of our most
popular mounts! The mounting clamp can be positioned
horizontally for horizontal mirror arms and rails, or
vertically for vertical mirror arms or rails. The clamp
may be omitted which will allow the angle bracket to
be used as a side bracket on any flat vertical surface,
such as the side of a motor home or back of a Jeep.
The SS-64 is complete with our heavy-duty K-4 stud mount
with ring terminal connections. The SS-64A model has
our world famous K-4A stud mount with screw on coaxial
termination. All models come complete with stainless
steel mounting hardware. Use one of the 3-Way Mounting
Brackets for single or dual antenna installation on
your car, truck, van, motorcycle or motor home. If a
strong structure is available, these mounts will easily
support antennas up to 5' (1.5m) in length. The actual
size of the bracket is 2.25" (57mm) wide by 2.9"
(74mm) high. With the stud in place, the over all height
is 4.2" (107mm). They protrude outward from the
vertical surface 1.9" (48mm). With the standard
bolts supplied with the bracket, you can install it
on a tube with a diameter up to 0.850" (22mm).
If longer bolts are used, the maximum tube diameter
is 1.5" (38mm).

This stainless steel mount was specifically designed
for use on late model General Motors sport style mirrors.
These mirrors are recognized by the short tubular mirror
support coming out of the door bracket, bending 90 degrees
and connecting to the mirror. The universal design allows
this mount to be used on either the left or right side
of the vehicle. To compliment the bracket material,
the mounting hardware is also stainless steel. To assure
you that you only have the best, we pre-installed our
famous K-4A antenna mounting stud. Recommended for antennas
up to 3ft (92cm).
Heavy duty ball mount with 3 1/2
inch mounting plate. This mount will hold large open
coil antennas that the other can't. Stop wasting your
money on cheap mounts and buy a quality mount only once.
If you've used the others and haven't been satisfied
give this a try. It will work accept any antenna with
the standard 3/8 24" thread pattern.
The R-1A utilizes an external locking design. This
design allows the manufacturing process to be more automated,
thus reducing the cost. A benefit of the external locking
mechanism is its added ruggedness. We recommend its
use in situations that involve continuous exposure to
shaking and vibration. The R-1A may be used with antennas
up to 4' (1.2m). Physically, the R-1A's installed dimensions
are 2.5" (65mm) high by 0.600" (15mm) diameter.
The upper and lower body parts are made of chrome plated
machine brass. The locking pin is stainless steel and
the spring is heat treated spring steel.
This quick disconnect is very similar to the above,
but for less. The Diesel is made of bright chromed brass
and features a stainless steel spring and pin for extra
durability. It comes with a 4 year limited warranty
for Diesel

The trunk lip bracket slides over trunk edge (normally
between the trunk deck and the rear window). Two set
screws are tightened from the underside to hold the
bracket in place. No holes are required on the vehicle.
The rearward side of the bracket has support feet with
rubber bumpers to protect the vehicle finish. The mount
comes complete with a K-4 antenna stud and the allen
wrench to tighten the set screws. Recommended for antennas
up to 3ft (92cm).
Physically, the mount is 2" (50mm)wide and 2.5"
(63mm) deep. It stands 1" (25mm) above the vehicle
surface without the stud mount, which will add of 2.1"
(53mm) when in place. The gap between the movable and
unmovable areas (trunk deck and vehicle body) needs
to be about 0.100" (3mm) to accommodate the mount.
Furthermore, the underside requires about 0.5"
(13mm) to accommodate the bottom of the bracket with
set screws.

The primary use for the SS-184 stainless steel mount
is for antenna installation on the new style Dodge Ram
and Dakota pick-ups. When the hood is open, the fender
bolt near the firewall is removed (right or left side)
and later reused to bolt the antenna bracket to the
under-hood fender lip. All mounting hardware is invisible
unless the hood is open. Additional stainless steel
sheet metal screws are supplied if additional strength
is determined to be needed. The bracket has a pre-determined
bend and does not interfere with the closing of the
hood.

When Dodge redesigned their trucks a few years ago,
new ways for mounting antennas needed to be found. The
mount in this kit addresses that problem. When the hood
is open, the fender bolt near the firewall is removed
(right or left side) and later reused to bolt the antenna
bracket to the under-hood fender lip. All mounting hardware
is invisible unless the hood is open. Additional stainless
steel sheet metal screws are supplied if additional
strength is determined to be needed. The bracket has
a pre-determined bend and does not interfere with the
closing of the hood. The bracket is 2" (51mm) wide
by 4.1" (104mm) long. You get a quality stainless
steel mount and 18 ft (5.5m) of professional grade Fire-Flex
coaxial cable (with our exclusive Fire-Ring connector)
all in one package! And, if that isn't enough, you save
money by getting it all in a kit .. about 14%!
No holes truck bed mount
Those square holes in the bed rails of full size pick-up
trucks are the prefect location for a "no-holes"
antenna mount. The flat upper bracket is 6" (152mm)
long and extends out over the bed rail so you may mount
your antenna without losing the ability to mount a camper
shell. Includes stud mount, stainless steel brackets
and hardware, and a gasket to protect the vehicle finish.
Hood/Trunk Groove Mount
These mounts were specifically designed for hood, trunk
and hatchback applications. However, the versatility
of these mounts allow you to mount it in many ways.
Once you have it in your hand you will see the numerous
possibilities. All bracket parts are made of stainless
steel. Since the mount is located on the inside channel
of your hood, trunk or hatchback, there are no visible
mounting holes. These mounts are fully adjustable to
compensate for sloping angles such as those common on
mini-van hoods and/or hatchback doors. Both mounts have
a full 180 degrees of adjustment and may be mounted
on either the left or right side of the vehicle. For
use with antennas up to 4ft in length.
Hatch / Door Mount
These mounts were specifically designed to allow antenna
installations on vehicles where other mounts may not
work. The primary goal was to offer a mount that could
be affixed to a vertical inner door jamb such as that
which might be found on the rear or side door of a cargo
type van. Since the mounting screws are meant to be
on the inner edge of the jamb, visible holes in the
vehicle body are eliminated. Like many other Firestik
mounts, the versatility of these mounts go well beyond
their targeted use. When you hold this mount in your
hand you will start to recognize all of the mounting
possibilities. Chances are, you will find several locations
to mount it on your vehicle. For antennas up to 4ft
in length

Firestik stud mounts have become the standard of our
industry. This wasn't by accident. It was because users
learned to appreciate their outstanding design and material
quality. Instead of inexpensive aluminum, we use chrome
plated machine brass. Instead of 9/16" (14mm) hex-stock,
we use 5/8" (16mm) stock. Instead of ABS or inferior
plastic insulators, we use nylon. Instead of cadium
plated hardware, we use stainless steel. Furthermore,
our heavy-duty 3/8" center shanks can mean the
difference between trouble free use and lost antennas.
These mounts are very similar to, but more compact
than the disc stud mounts above. The small 11/4"
x 23/4" rectangular mounts can be used for trunk,
roof, and fender applications. Mounts include rubber
gasket to protect vehicle finish. Complete with K-4
or K-4A antenna stud.
Designed to handle heavy-duty antenna installations.
We put a 5/8" hole in our aluminum mirror brackets
to accommodate our DM-4A Dome Mount. The DM-164A has
a horizontal gripping groove in the clamp and L-bracket.
This mount is made specifically for horizontal mirror
arms, luggage racks or rails on boats or motor homes.
This stainless steel mount bolts to the left or right
side of the spare tire bump stop on pre-1997 Jeeps that
have the bump stop option. Stainless steel mounting
hardware is included. Mounting requires you to drill
four 1/4"(7mm)holes in the side of the bump stop
bracket. To achieve adequate roof clearance and realize
sufficient RF radiation with minimal reflection, especially
on vehicles with either a hard or soft top, the minimum
antenna length used on bump stop installations should
be 4' (1.2m).
Predator Heavy Duty Regular Mount
This mount is hand machined by the maker of the famous
Predator 10K antennas. It's solid bullet aluminum and
is one tough mount! It will not corrode from the elements
and will not be easily damaged. Most people who use
these mounts also see a slight drop in their SWR. You
will not find a higher quality mount anywhere else.
This mount will work with any antenna that has the standard
3/8 24" thread pattern. We recommend this for large
antennas where strength is needed.
 |
These mounts were designed around the new Jeep Wranglers
body style (97-99). The mount allows the antenna to
be mounted on either the left or right side of the vehicle.
The stainless steel mount and support bracket are made
from 12 gauge (0.109") stainless steel. After the
mount is installed, there will not be any visible mounting
holes. All mounting hardware (also stainless steel)
is hidden under the vehicles hood. Even though there
were no installations on earlier model years, the mounting
concept is very basic and the probability of these mounts
working on pre-1997 Jeeps is high. Both mounts are complete
with a standard 3/8"-24 threaded antenna mounting
stud. Click
here to see some installation photo's. The upper
bracket is 2" (51mm) wide and 3" (76mm) long.
A slight angle on the inside edge of the bracket follows
the angle of the hood line. To mount the bracket, two
1/4" holes need to be drilled in the inner fender
lip. A 12 gauge, 2" x 3/4" support plate installs
on the bottom edge of the fender to add to the strength
of the mount. We supply you with 1/4-20" stainless
steel bolts, nuts and washers to secure the bracket
to the vehicle.

Do you need a mount that is tougher than your antenna? The monster mount is it, this baby will handle anything you through at it and still beg for more. If you're using a large antenna you should really consider this mount. You spend a lot of hard earned money on your antennas and it would be a shame to loose them because you're using a cheap mount. Consider the price of a new antenna and then consider the price of this mount. Don't settle for the cheap stuff, get a quality mount and you'll never have to worry about loosing another antenna!
Extra Heavy Duty Extruded Aluminum Construction, 4 socket head machine screws. High luster polished finish. Brass SO-239 for Plug to Plug Hookups.
Extra Heavy Duty Brass SO-239 Stud for Plug to Plug Hookups. These work well with Monster Mirror mounts and many other applications
Every antenna should have a spring. Springs protect the antenna, mount and vehicle. These springs are made from long lasting, top grade electro-polished stainless steel. The upper and lower inserts are made of chrome-plated machine brass and have standard 3/8"-24 threads to fit all Firestik antennas, mounts and accessories. The heavy duty model may be used with antennas up to 60". Physically, each spring is about 3.0" (76mm) tall with a diameter of 0.800" (20mm).
