    Our Return Policy

Returns must be in like new condition.  

They must include all the plastic and papers. There is a 15% restocking fee for returns or cancelled orders with custom built equipment (example: Large 10 meter amplifiers)  Returns must be made within 30 days of your invoice date. If you cancel your order with us after it has already shipped we will not refund the shipping charges. You are responsible for communicating the request for order cancellation before your order ships, no exceptions! 

You must call or email us to receive a R.A.N. before you send your items back! Without this we will not know who to credit the money to. At Premiere Electronics we can't offer a free trial period. This is obviously because once a product is returned we can't sell it as new. This intern raises prices (Which we do not want!) and we assume you don't either. If you are not sure about a product just give us a call. We are more than willing to answer any questions you may have. 

We maintain the right to refuse returned items!
