I appreciate your prompt response; I was surprised to get an email back so suddenly late on a Sunday night.  I understand that you are a small business, and that you have recently incorporated shopping cart software into your site.  There are bound to be some problems with this kind of upgrade.  I am sensitive to these kinds of errors because of past experience with poorly managed e-commerce sites.  I recently was billed over $1000 for a $80 hard drive and it took me more than 2 months to get it straightened out.  I was pleasantly surprised with your response and I thank you for your help in the quick resolution of this problem.

Thank you for your service as well as your product. My 2980wx is the finest instrument I've ever owned A-1 quality and the tune and mods were beautiful. I especially liked the modulation, clear clean and hard. Hope I can do business with you again soon. The 2980wx with mod and super tune was the best value radio also with all the extras I feel like a star with a radio that met every expectation.

I just received my Texas ranger,tr 696-f ssb base ,I love it! It's the most attractive well thought out ssb-cb base station radio I've ever seen! And I've been involved in 11meter and amateur radio since I was 9, 31 years ! Some day in the not to distant future I hope to get your 150 watt 10 - 12 meter base ( What a pair these two would be side by side! ) Well that will have to wait a while! Well thank -u! I got my dx and ran it Friday night it seems to do a great job!! I do have one question what dose the 40db control actually do ? I am a big dummy as far as it goes the rest is pretty easy to  operate and pretty standard thanks Dave G.

Recently I purchased a radio from your store and after three weeks of use I
need to say this. I have ONLY gotten good comments and WOW's from everyone I
have spoken to. This radio does all you claim and than some. Everyone says
that the signal is strong and very clear, not raspy or squealing like so
many are. I would recommend your company to anyone looking for a quality
radio.

Hi Tyler, I just wanted to thank you for the absolutely outstanding service your company has provided to me.  I've always been a little apprehensive about dealing over the Internet because of the horror stories out there.  However, Premiere Electronics stands head and shoulders above any other electronics company I've ever dealt with.  I've received more customer support from your company by e-mail and phone than I ever had dealing with other electronics stores, whether I was on-line or in-line at a store.  Every time I sent an E- mail or phoned in a question before ordering an item, I got a quick accurate and more importantly an honest response. A case in point, I ordered a Galaxy 95T and asked if a "power mic" would be a good addition to the radio.  Your company said, "no, the 95T has plenty of audio", and boy is that true the radio has great audio with the stock mic. It would have been very easy to have sold me a $50.00 power mic. but, the honest response I got from Premiere Electronics was very refreshing in today's world of make-a-buck.  Every time I've placed an order with your company the equipment I received has been securely packed, in pristine shape and worked exceptionally well.  Again, thank you for a top notch company that still believes in providing great customer service, great radio equipment and the best prices I've found on the "net".  I look forward to dealing with Premiere Electronics many more times in the near future.

Hello, I got the CX 4400 HP I ordered from you a couple of weeks ago.  I'd asked that it be converted and Mega Tuned. It's not often anymore that you get what you pay for, and that makes your company exceptional in my book.  I am more than pleased with the radio I received and anyone who asks finds out quickly where I got it. I can't tell you what a kick I got out of switching it to "high" power the other day to try and get someone who was having trouble receiving other radios.  When I asked if they could hear me, another trucker jumped in and said, "Good God!! Even a dead person could hear that radio!!" So I wanted to say thanks, and state that when I need anything else, you'll be the first place I go to.

Hello!I just wanted premiere elec.to know I receiced my Magnum S-9 two days ago.Every thing is working correctly! All reports on the S-9 are loud and clear! The mega tune is as advertised! I allso received a 4 pin mic. connector but not the two 5 pin connectors that was on the order.The paper work states the 5 pins are back orderd. Will the two 5 pins be shipped with the Astatic 636L I orded on the 23rd? Invoice # is I04241 for the mic.THANKS!!!!!!!! TELL THE TECHS. TO KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!
